My spelling and grammar here at the Cheetah isn't always perfect. I admit and accept that. I've spelled names incorrectly, I've capitalized when capitalizing isn't necessary, and I desperately need to start italicizing movie titles (next week, I promise!). So, we're clear, right? I make spelling and grammar mistakes.BUT...
The big question for all of us shopper extraordinaires is this. If Old Navy sells these shirts, will we buy one to represent our favorite team? Well, would you? :) Because they're kind of cute (my opinion).
On a completely unrelated note, Rach at Rach Writes is starting another Platform-building challenge, Rachelle Gardner at her blog gives us hope with a post about 'pass' letters, and our dear Mr. Bransford posted this. He may be one of the most positive-while-still-helpfully-honest bloggers I've stumbled across, and I loved his post.

okay...I feel silly for asking...but what exactly was the spelling fail? Something on the shirt? If so, I'm not seeing it. And, no I wouldn't buy it...simply because I'm not a sports fan, so "team" shirts do nothing for me. :)
Nope... wouldn't buy it. And you couldn't get me to wear it without also giving me a Sharpie or something to ink in the missing apostrophe.
And, just to note, movie titles should be underlined, not italicized.
Great post, and no, I don't think I'd buy or wear it. Sure we all make typos and silly grammar mistakes, but if you're spending thousand of dollars on marketing and paying someone to professionally edit your work, there shouldn't be any typos. This reminded me of how our local newspaper printed (on the front page), "One out of hundred's of garage sales..." Why the apostrophe? I'm still trying to figure it out.
On a side note, I thought I'd pop in and see how your writing is going. I follow you on my Nook, but it doesn't let me respond. Hope things are going well. Koreen
Melissa, it's the 'Lets' with an apostrophe. It took me a while too.
